Cancellation Policy
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on the waitlist miss the opportunity to recieve services. The cancellation policy of 24 hours notice allows me the time to inform standy clients of open availability. You understand by making the appointment with Nashley’s Performance Nutrition, that you are ultimately responsible for keeping track of your appointment dates and times. You understand there is a 24 hour No Show/Cancellation policy and if you fail to give proper notice, that you are giving permission to charge the fee of the appointment.
